Do you have to have Printavo Premium to use Check-in?
Yes, Printavo's API is how we can connect to your account. API access is only available on Premium accounts.

Can Check-in Connect with the Purchase Order section in Printavo?
At this time there is no API connectivity in the Purchase Order area in Printavo, so there is no way for us to connect to that feature currently.

What statuses do you recommend we have set up in our Prinavo account to work best with Check-in?
You can use any statuses you would like. We recommend some sort of variation of the following 4:
- Goods Ordered
- Goods Partial
- Goods Received
- Discrepancy with Goods

Does Check-in only work for t-shirt check ins?
You can use Check-in features to count in any items you have in Line Items in your Printavo account. This feature works well for promotional items, Hats, patches, any items on your quote.

Is this a Printavo sponsored App?
No, Check-in is its own software completely separated from Printavo. There is no official connection between the two.

Does this work with any other shop software solutions?
No, we only connect to Printavo at this time.

Do I have to leave the Printavo statuses where they are when using Check-in?
Once the status you selected in the settings is set to tell Check-in that it is awaiting goods, you can change your status to whatever you need. We will update your status via the API to whatever PARTIAL, COMPLETE, or DISCREPANCY status you select in the settings. We will update them regardless of what status that job is in at the time.

When you update my Printavo Status, who is tracked to do that in the Printavo History?
The History will show the Pritavo user that is logged into Check-in. This means you can track internally who Check-in the order.

If I want to add an employee into Check-in, do they have to be set up as a Printavo user as well?
Yes, we use the Printavo API to verify their user account to validate that only someone in your business has access to the information shared with Check-in

When I sign up, will the software help me connect my Printavo?
Yes, we have an onboarding wizard that will help you connect your Printavo account and sync your statuses for updating.

What happens if a job or line items have not synced to Check-in?
When an order is updated in Printavo , it can take up to 10 minutes before you will receive it. You can force a sync sooner by heading the the SETTINGS section in Check-in, then clicking the SYNC Button under SYNC PRINTAVO ORDERS

Can I log in to my Check-in account from a tablet?
Yes, Check-in is designed to work well on computers and Tablets. Use whichever helps you be efficient.
